Micro Leaf Fukien Tea Bonsai Starter
The is an Ehretia Microphylla or fukien tea starter for excellent bonsai. It is also known as a Carmona. This variety is the micro leaf type. The starter trees on the left are about 3 years old. Currently we have very nice size ones just like the ones we have in our $20 fukien tea in the oval plastic pot with drip tray. Very nice old looking bonsai material. Great for a forest group. These are an indoor type tree and should be repotted once a year. They like it on the wetter side in a sunny window. They constantly flower and put out small berries that are green at first and then turn red. You will need to trim them regularly and give them a steady supply of fertilizer. The 4" micro fukiens are sent out in their 4" pots. We currently have the 4" size available again.
