Micro Leaf Fukien Tea Bonsai Starter
These are Ehretia Microphylla or fukien tea starters for excellent bonsai. It is also known as a Carmona. This variety is the micro leaf type. The starter trees on the left are about 2 years old. Sizes can vary, but usually around 6" and taller Very nice old looking bonsai material. Same trees we use in our $20 micro tea bonsai. Great for a 3 or 5 tree forest group. These are an indoor type tree and should be repotted once a year. They like it on the wetter side in a sunny window. They constantly flower and put out small berries that are green at first and then turn red. Plant the red ones for new seedlings. You will need to trim them regularly and give them a steady supply of fertilizer. The micro fukiens are sent out in their growing pots.
