As an internet mail order company, the absolutely best way to contact me is by email. We are checking our online services continually. I try to answer email immediately. However occasionally it might be as long as the next day or so. I eat my lunch in front of the screen generally. I of course start out the day there. So email is the safest and quickest method of contact. I also have an internet answering machine. You can leave a 3 minute message on it. You can get right to the point and talk slowly and clearly. I try to return all email messages, but not necessarily phone calls, since I have so much to do in a day. We do not generally return email questions like where is my shipment, or when did you ship, since the shipment is likely in transit or is sheduled to be ship in the order it came in, especially in the super busy springtime.
